Turn-based science fiction strategy game

Moonbreaker is a single and multiplayer game set within a fictional universe. Envisioned by well-known author Brian Sanderson, players will need to engage in gripping top-down battles and unlock various assets while progressing to more dangerous worlds.

Offering action-packed elements similar to those associated with Total War: WARHAMMER III, this game offers a unique synergy of customization alongside turn-based competitions. Note that Moonbreaker can be played in both online and offline modes.

Engineered to reflect miniature games

Moonbreaker is somewhat unique compared to other top-down PvP games. This is because the characters and environments are designed to appear similar to tabletop miniatures. It is even possible to access a paint feature in order to create stunning designs.

Rewards-based gameplay

The progressive nature of Monbreaker will appeal to traditional RPG fans. Skills can be unlocked and upgraded during single-player cargo missions or when competing against other online opponents. Levels will become more challenging in accordance with the power-ups that are obtained.

Building virtual "rosters"

One primary goal of Moonbreaker is to gain access to team rosters. These include a captain, assistants, and a crew. There are more than 50 units to choose from, leading to a virtually limitless number of bespoke combinations. The developers will be adding more on a regular basis.

Catering to numerous types of players

In regard to turn-based online competition, Moonbreaker is somewhat comparable to games like Yu-Gi-Oh!, and the level of customization is quite impressive to behold. This platform was created by the team at Unknown Words, developers famous for other franchises, including Subnautica and Natural Selection 2. Therefore, it is just as appealing to RPG players as it is to fans of traditional top-down combat and resource farming.
